SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST/PROJECT MANAGER: Improve Group is looking for a Solution Development Specialist/Project Manager to join our growing technology and consulting division. If you enjoy a fast paced environment that gives you the autonomy to be successful this position is for you. Salary TBD depending on experience. Primary responsibilities include:
1. Coordination, pre-sale, with our account managers, customers and prospective customers to assist in the development of our software and service solutions.
2. Post-sale project management to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
3. Development and implementation of strategies for revenue growth.
4. Deployment of resources within the division; including coordination with marketing, business development, and operations.
Applicants must have the ability to write proposals/scope of work documents, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the desire and work ethic to be part of a growing organization.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in consulting and project management.
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office 2010
• Microsoft Visio
• Microsoft Project and / or other project management software

High to mid-level understanding of the following technologies:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• MySQL
• Microsoft Access
• Proven experience in managing the full project life cycle (or related development life cycle such as Scrum).
