He has more than 25 years experience in Professional Services problem solving for organizations ranging from travel agencies to banks to the military. His personality instantly puts our customers at ease when trying to define IT and records management issues. Jeffrey’s attention to detail and niche for organization has helped increase business for our customers while decreasing their risk. High integrity is important to Jeffrey and that comes out in his work.

Jeffrey has been the President of the Rio Grande Chapter of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) since 2011, a member of Toastmasters International and frequently does speaking engagements for business process, records and information improvement groups. When not being a Problem Solver, he enjoys time with his wife and two teenage daughters, as well as his photography.
