Mike started to work for Improve Group in 1983. Mike attended school at Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University where he received his BBA degree. Mike is geared to large, project type solutions involving an Architect, CEO, General Contractor and end users. These type projects focus Mike’s efforts on becoming a part of a team with one goal in mind….the best solutions for the client.

Mike has been married 29 years with two children. The family enjoys camping, hiking and baseball. Mike has coached a Christian League baseball team each of the last 10 years. Of course, you may run into Mike an occasional afternoon at Picacho Hills Country Club hitting the little white ball around the course. Mike’s territory responsibilities include Holloman and Cannon AFB, WSMR, parts of Texas and most of Eastern New Mexico.
