Our Platinum System Protection Agreement covers all necessary repairs including parts, labor, travel time and two annual preventative maintenance inspections. The Platinum Protection Service is by far our most popular protection plan for your equipment. This annual contract allows you the following.

Agreement Provisions:
For service call toll free 800-244-1452 Available 7:30 am-4:30 pm mountain time Monday-Friday except holidays.
Replacements of all parts due to normal wear (Power Packs not included).
Unlimited service calls.
Unlimited labor by factory trained technicians.
Inspection performed twice a year. (Lubrication, calibration, replacement of worn parts, cleaning and adjustment of system)
Lifetime training on the operation of the system.
Four (4) hour response time within a 60-mile radius of Albuquerque, Denver, El Paso and Lubbock.
Replacement parts stocked for emergencies.
Travel time and mileage.
