Forward Deployed Expeditionary Small-Scale Automated Water Treatment Plant. Plant will provide constant water quality IAW Environmental Baseline Guidance Report DoD 4715-05-G. Plant must be completely self-contained and containerized with emergency power back-up and bulk fuel storage.   Plant is capable of operating in all-weather conditions.  Maximum storage capacity of 4,000 gallons and a minimum storage capacity of 2,000 gallons of potable water.  Plant shall provide an average daily flow rate of 7,000 GPD and an hourly flow rate of 270 GPM.
